2. Design Development
Our studio translates your vision into design concepts. This may include sketches, digital renderings, material explorations, and construction options. The process is iterative, collaborative, and led by clarity.
3. Finalisation
Once the direction is locked, we prepare the final design; detailing colours, materials, dimensions, pricing, and timelines. With approval, the piece moves into production.
4. Production
Your rug is crafted under close supervision, with attention to detail at every stage. Production typically takes 6–10 weeks, depending on complexity.
5. Delivery and Installation
The finished piece is delivered to the site. We also support you with the installation process to ensure it settles seamlessly into its space.

A home for the Tanaka family in Kyoto
Drawn from the maples in their courtyard garden, the field softens from deep russet at the border to a pale sand at the centre. Hand-knotted in wool and silk over four months, it now sits where the family gathers in the evenings.
A penthouse above the Mumbai coastline
Made wall to wall for a living room that turns with the sea light, the weave shifts tone as the day moves across it. We worked closely with the owners through sampling to hold that quiet, shifting grey exactly where they wanted it.
A studio piece for the architect Meera Iyer
Built around a single line from one of her early sketches, reworked with us until the proportion felt exactly right. What began as a working drawing became a rug that now anchors the room where she meets her own clients.
